Subscription & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone/iPad: go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ZymFit → Cancel subscription. You can cancel any time before the renewal date.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your ZymFit purchase and request a refund.
What's included in the free trial?
The 7-day free trial gives you access to all Pro features. No charge during the trial period. Cancel any time before the end.
Can I use ZymFit on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device and your data will be synced automatically.
Account & Technical issues
I can't sign in
Tap 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in screen to reset your password by email. If the problem persists, contact us at support@zymfit.app.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. All your data will be deleted permanently.
My data isn't syncing
Check your internet connection and make sure you're signed into the right account. Close and reopen the app. If the problem persists, contact us.
